I have been asked several times how I am able to juggle all this and how a typical day looks like. Well let me try and ink it for you. As you may already know, my name is Cleophas Nyagaka and I am excited to share with you how I spend my typical day :

First things first, I am an early bird. I wake up at 5:00 am every day, regardless of my location. After a few quiet moments to myself and freshening up, I check my emails, messages, and plan my itinerary for the day. This helps me stay organized and ensures that I am productive from the get-go.

I then call my personal assistant and secretary to synchronize our agendas for the day. This helps us coordinate and ensure that everything runs smoothly. If there are any changes or additions to the schedule, we can easily adjust accordingly.

As an interior designer, real estate enthusiast and developer, my days are diverse and trust me also exciting. Depending on the day, I may visit one or two of our projects that are nearby where I spend the night. This helps me keep track of the progress and quality of the work.

If I have meetings scheduled, I will either have them in the office or over brunch at a hotel with clients. This allows us to have a more relaxed and informal setting, which fosters better communication and helps build stronger relationships.

If time allows, in afternoons, I often go and play golf, typically starting at 2:00 pm. Golf is not only a great way to stay active, but it also helps me clear my mind and think through any challenges or opportunities that may be on the horizon.

I meet with my office team daily either in person or virtually to be appraised and give direction on different projects. This helps me stay up to date on everything that is happening and ensures that everyone is aligned with our goals and vision.

In addition to my work, I also prioritize giving back to the community. As a philanthropist, I make time to volunteer and support causes that are important to me. This helps me stay grounded and remember the bigger picture beyond my work.

In summary, my day is packed with various activities and responsibilities. From overseeing projects and meeting with clients to playing golf and volunteering, I am constantly on the move.
